Terms of Use

By accessing or using corvalenix.com or any of our platform services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Corvalenix Research Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time with reasonable notice. Your continued use of our services after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Corvalenix Research provides the following services through its subscription platform:

• Economic Monitor — regular publications covering UK and global economic indicators, Bank of England policy, inflation data, and market developments.
• Sector Intelligence — detailed research reports covering industry performance, competitive dynamics, and business outlooks across key UK sectors.
• Data Dashboard — interactive tools providing access to structured UK market data, economic time-series, and sector performance metrics.
• Professional Briefings — concise expert summaries covering significant market and economic developments, delivered weekly.

Services are delivered electronically. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service or feature with reasonable notice to affected subscribers.

We offer the following membership plans, priced in pounds sterling (GBP) including UK VAT:

Annual plans are billed as a single upfront payment at approximately 30% below the equivalent monthly rate. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' written notice to active subscribers.

Billing

Membership fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected billing cycle. All amounts are in GBP and include VAT at the standard rate. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees on the billing cycle you select.

Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. There are no minimum commitment periods or cancellation fees. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for the remaining portion of a billing period except as required by applicable law.

Refund Policy

• Annual subscribers who cancel within 7 days of their initial payment are entitled to a full refund.
• Monthly subscribers are not entitled to refunds for the current billing period.
• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and retry. If payment cannot be collected within 7 days of the due date, your account may be suspended until payment is received.

By using our services, you agree not to:

• Reproduce, redistribute, resell, or sublicense any Corvalenix Research content without prior written consent
• Share your account credentials or allow others to access platform services under your account
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract data from our platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our platform, systems, or other subscribers' data
• Present Corvalenix Research content as your own proprietary research without attribution
• Use our services for any purpose that violates applicable UK law or regulation

Violation of these conditions may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

All content on corvalenix.com and within the subscriber platform — including reports, briefings, analyses, data tools, graphics, and written material — is the exclusive intellectual property of Corvalenix Research Ltd or its licensors and is protected under UK and international copyright law.

Your membership grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use content for your own personal or internal business purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, publish, distribute, or sub-license any content beyond those purposes.

The Corvalenix Research name, logo, and visual identity are trade marks of Corvalenix Research Ltd. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

Corvalenix Research Ltd is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) for investment business and does not provide regulated investment advice, portfolio management, or other FCA-regulated activities.

All content published by Corvalenix Research — including briefings, reports, analyses, sector intelligence, and data dashboard outputs — is provided for general informational and research purposes only. Nothing constitutes:

• Investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, fund, or financial instrument
• Regulated advice under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA)
• Tax, legal, or accounting advice

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Corvalenix Research disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted access.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Corvalenix Research Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

In no event shall our total cumulative liability to you exceed the total subscription fees you paid to us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Corvalenix Research Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to: your use of our services in violation of these terms; your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or any content you submit to us that infringes the rights of a third party.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, and you irrevocably consent to such jurisdiction.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
